Job Summary

• The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet ales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership (an experience in he insurance industry will be a plus)
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of the market, customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable business opportunities
