Job Description

•   Lead, coordinate and control all activities inside the maintenance control centre (MCC)
•   Responsible for a good cooperation, communication and information transfer between MCC and the other departments
•   Coordinate and support for all MCC's Staff in order to implement and maintain a
•   Reliability Centred Maintenance
•   Plan and coordinate routine maintenance and annual repair maintenance
•   Coordinate and support all activities using the EAM software
•   Support all CAPEX related projects
•   Responsible for controlling the correctness of all information recorded into EAM by the Mechanical and Electrical Sections
•   Lead the store and warehouse staff to ensure effective spare parts inventory Management
•   Plan effective spare parts minimum-maximum levels
•   Responsible for searching the new maintenance technologies and methods in order to increase the reliability and reduce the maintenance costs of all pieces of equipment
•   Coordinate and support for improving the predictive and preventive maintenance plan
•   Responsible for the correctness of all plant maintenance reports Coordinate and support for the predictive maintenance analyses and decisions
•   Responsible for technical evaluation of the offersfor the strategic spare parts and major projects
•   Ensure that statutory regulations and safety tests on pressure and lifting devices are carried out accordingly
•   Accomplish other tasks received from the superiors

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in heavy industrial setting,
