The Head of SME shall be responsible for developing marketing strategy, products value propositions, pricing and positioning for the range of SME Assets/Liabilities Banking products and also work with agencies/dealers to ensure visibility and positioning of brand and products. The role reports to Director, Corporate Banking

Role Specific Requirements:

•  Develop and implement business plans and sales strategy for the market and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
•  Grow and manage SME portfolio
•  Ensure compliance to minimize bank exposure
•  Develop team to deliver results

1) 6 years minimum experience in corporate banking experience.
2) Experience in deal structuring
3) Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
4) 3 years minimum experience as head of department
5) A bachelors degree
6) Banking college courses
7) Masters degree is a plus
