A reputable Adventist educational institution (up to J.H.S. level) is seeking to recruit dynamic, results-oriented and experienced Academic and Administrative professionals to fill the following vacant position:- Head Of Stores (Marked: HSK)

Qualification Required & Experience

•  HND in Purchasing & Supply or accounting or other suitable qualification
•  3 years post qualification stock management
•  Part qualification with CIPS, ICAG, ACCA, CIMA or any relevant professional body is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

•  Report to the Head Of Accounts
•  Keep accurate records of stock materials
•  Issue materials to the various need groups
•  Prepare LPOs for fresh acquisition of materials
•  Check materials received to agree with LPOs and Waybills
•  Undertake periodic stock-taking
•  Ensure stocks are kept in proper condition to avoid pilfering and deterioration
•  Must be between twenty-seven (27) and forty five (45) years old
