Job Title: Headteacher / Mistress (Executive Manager)

Qualification Required & Experience

• Should hold a Master Degree or First Degree in Education or equivalent in any related course
• Must have 5 years of work experience as a headteacher/mistress or in a similar position for the Master's Degree or 10 years work experience as a headteacher/mistress or in a similar position for First Degree
• Have a highly professional and qualified teacher status
• Must be familiar with the new standard-based curriculum used by the Ghana Education service
• Must be computer literate

Age Limit: 40 - 50 years

• Leadership skills and be a team player
• Resourcefulness, goal-driven emphatic, detail-oriented and adaptable
