Job Description

• Welcoming and greeting customers, visitors, and guests
• Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate person or department
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Responding to inquiries and concerns
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer software
• Knowledge of standard office procedures
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments
• Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment
• One to two years working experience
• HND or degree
