Job Vacancy For Hospital Administrator At Diocesan Health Service (Koforidua)



National Catholic Health Service, Diocesan Health Service, Catholic Diocese Of Koforidua. Applications are hereby invited from qualified Ghanaians, preferably for the position of Hospital Administrator

The Role
The officer will ensure that the hospital has effective administrative management system

Key Duties and Responsibilities
These include, but not limited to

•  Ensuring the implementation of policies
•  Coordination, preparation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the hospital’s strategic plan
•  Overall day-to-day administration of the hospital
•  Ensuring sound management of finances, estates, projects, equipment, health information, human resources, stores and supplies
•  Ensuring timely preparation and submission of routine reports to the institution’s major stakeholders etc

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good First Degree in Administration in Health Services Administration OR related field with strong fundamentals  in accounting, finance, human resources management and health statistics
•  A Post-graduate qualification in Health Services Management field is an added advantage
•  At least two to three (2-3) years experience as  Hospital Administrator
•  Must be computer literate in at least Word, Excel and Power Point
•  Must possess high sense of professionalism with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
•  A good team player
