Christian Service University College, a leading Christian University College in Ashanti Region based at Odeneho Kwadaso, Kumasi is looking for an experienced person for the position of a Hostel Manager/Manageress.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Must hold first degree with at least 3 years of working experience in Hospitality or Hostel/Hostel Management. Other related qualifications would be considered
•  Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•  Must demonstrate creativity and business acumen
•  Must have proven evidence of outstanding leadership abilities
•  Exceptional inter-personal and people management skills
•  Must be computer literate
•  Must be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex activities and establish priorities consistent with the Executive Hostel's objectives
•  Proven knowledge in Accounting and Marketing would be an advantage
•  Must be a practicing Christian
