Job Vacancy For Hotel Sales Executive



We are looking to hire a Hotel Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for the hotel.

This role involves proactively selling hotel rooms, meeting and event spaces, and ancillary services to corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations to secure bookings.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel services, amenities, and packages to clients.
• Promote and sell event spaces, meeting rooms, and banquet facilities for conferences, weddings, and special events.
• Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure successful event execution.
• Prepare and deliver event proposals and contracts.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
• Adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries promptly, and address client needs.
• Gather client feedback and insights to improve services and offerings.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the hotel industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
