Project Brief

The REACH Project seeks to build Climate Resilience across 14 Districts in Northern Ghana. Through extensive capacity building measures on
Conservation Agriculture, Community Engagement and Improved Planning and Policies at District level; the challenges of Climate Change for rural
areas are tackled. The project is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
It is part of the EU Ghana Agricultural Programme which is implemented together with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Ghana.

Scope of Role:

The cleaner is responsible for ensuring the office premises always remains clean and tidy, run errands as well as other tasks needed to
run the office smoothly

Tasks:

• cleans the office premises, rooms, furniture, carpets and windows.
• sets up and prepares the conference rooms as instructed.
• makes photocopies and scans documents as needed.
• checks office supplies and restocks office items.
• carries out minor repairs as required to keep office equipment operational.
• Supports the organization of logistics for events.
• runs office errands when required.
• Support maintenance of office equipment and spaces and reports any damage to them.

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile:

• Secondary school education certificate
• at least 1-3 years’ work experience in a comparable position with references
• good knowledge of the local dialect an advantage
• Speaks good English.
• Reliability and good organisational skills, appropriate appearance and clothing.
• Computer literacy is an advantage.

Location: Wa, Upper West Region
