A reputable and leading financial institution in Ghana is seeking for qualified personnel to fill the following position:- HR Business Partners

Role Specification

As a strategic business partner the job holder will work closely with line managers to drive the achievement of business unit and overall organizational objectives through the implementation of the HR Strategy, policies & programmes.

Key Responsibilities

•  Formulate manpower plans in consultation with the business unit line managers
•  Manage strategic resourcing initiatives for the business
•  Drive Business performance and talent management programmes in the business units
•  Work closely with line managers to monitor capacity building initiatives that are directed towards continuous on the jo learning and staff career development
•  Champion and enforce the organisation's Human Resource policies and procedures within the business units
•  Oversee the role out of Human Resource Led organsiation development interventions in the business units
•  Participate in projects that may come up in the HR function

Qualification Required & Experience

•  First degree (minimum) or Industrial Org Psychology, 5 years experience in Human Resource Management
•  HR Generalist Expertise in Strategic Resourcing, Performance & Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Change Management and Organizational Development
•  An overriding service delivery mentality with the ability to take hands on approach to developing HR interventions
•  Influencing, coaching and facilitation skills
•  Self starter with keen sense of ownership
•  Good knowledge & Understanding of labour laws of Ghana.
