Job Vacancy For Human Resource and Administration Manager



Anum Rural Bank is inviting qualified persons to fill the position of Human Resource and Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities/ duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurturing a positive working environment
• Overseeing and managing a performance be an added advantage
• Ten (10) years work experience in a reputable organisation
• Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
• Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Human Resource and Administration
• Qualified HR and or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Ten (10) years work experience in a reputable organization
• Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
• Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)

Personal Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
• Be innovative, proactive and creative
• Be computer literate in Microsoft office word, Excel, Power point, access etc
• Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and working under pressure
• Ability to motivate and drive growth
