A highly reputable firm requires the services of a human resource manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify training and development needs within the organisation
• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objective
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Coordinates all training and development activities
• Understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements
• Producing the actual training materials anddesigning the delivery of e-learning courses
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending relevant programmes and seminars
• Embracing all types of training and implementing different styles of training in your Learning and development program.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Graduate Trainee Programme to ensure the objectives of the programme are met.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of human resources
