Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager At Kin-Tec Ghana Ltd (Takoradi)



The Construction Company is looking for a good HR Manager who can provide practical, consistent and proactive support to the C. E. O.  She will perform human resources management works relating recruitment, training, compensation packages and performance management.

Duties

•  Interview job applicants; review application and resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
•  Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
•  Prepare, process and distribute payroll.
•  Design and conduct new employee orientations.
•  Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
•  Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
•  Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
•  Provides secretarial support such as filing, answering the telephone, relaying messages, organizing work, maintaining equipment and supplies.
•  Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing rules and regulations of the company.
•  Work with union representatives to resolve labour relation issues
•  Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  2 years experience in Human Resources.
•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•  Excellent oral and written communications.
•  Strong teamwork.
•  Exceptional time-management, organizational & customer service skills.
•  Self motivated and confident.
