Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager (Volta Region)



Overall Responsibility: ?

Responsible for all planning, organizing, and monitoring activities needed to assure company compliance with management of Human Resource issues.??Specific Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement human resource management policies and procedures to ensure compliance National and International regulations
•    Audit current status of the company human resources and advise management on the way forward
•    Oversee, interpret and administer company policies, workplace procedures
•    Develop and lead proactive initiatives for recruiting, employee motivation, positive work environment and retention
•    Coordinate with accounts department to prepare pay roll
•    Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with the Ghana Labor/employment laws
•    Manage the salary administration process to ensure that the company is able to attract and maintain a highly skilled workforce at optimum cost
•    In collaboration, carry out periodic research or survey about the changing community perception of the company to assist in the direction of the company’s community policy Liaise between the company and the surrounding communities in all matters of community concern
•    Development of the company’s community relations policies and strategies
•    Design and implement programmes that will ensure that all communities properly understand the company’s community relations policy

Qualification Required & Experience

1.    Degree/ Masters in Human Resources or  closely related fields.
2.    Five years experience in Human Resource Management; direct experience in implementing Human Resource programs within an agricultural setting.
