Role Summary

• The Human Resource and Administration Officer would be responsible for providing essential support for HR and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
• This role involves handling routine HR tasks, maintaining records and assisting in administrative functions to meet organizational goals

Reporting Line: Reports to Senior Human Resources and Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparing welcome kits and ensuring documentation is complete
• Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, and general HR matters
• Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions and workshops
• Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR functions, labour laws and office administration
