Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

•  A degree in Human Resource Management
•  A minimum of five years working experience as a Human Resource Manager for a company of minimum 150 employees
•  Personal characteristics of being a mature individual, confident in the laws of Ghana and who can ensure an excellent balance in ensuring the needs of employees and the company are equally well respected
