Job Vacancy For ICT Officer
A reputable Community Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to fill key positions aimed at strengthening its operations, business growth, risk management, technology infrastructure and customer service delivery: ICT Officer
Purpose
•To implement and manage the Bank's information technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers and networks
•Strengthen IT security through updates, backups antivirus protection and access controls
•Monitor system performance and respond to security threats
•Manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs and network infrastructure
•Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
•Support process automation initiatives
•Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
•Maintain IT documentation and knowledge management systems
Qualification Required & Experience
•Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field
•Master's degree or professional IT certification is an advantage
•Minimum of 5 years relevant IT experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
•Banking or financial services experience is preferred
Technical Competencies
•Windows Serve administration
•Network infrastructure and security management
•Active Directory administration
•System monitoring and troubleshooting
•Backup and disaster recovery management
