Location: Accra, Ghana

Function description
The incumbent would be responsible to provide administration and technical support to the employees at the company office and Guest House at assigned location.

# Tasks

•   Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase, maintenance and upkeep of all required equipments, furniture, stationery, provisions, at company office and guest house.
•   Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance & functional head required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
•   Maintain MIS for the location and prepare budget Vs actual expenses made.
•   Guest House bookings, provisions and staff management.
•   Vendor Management.
•   Ensure proper documentation, Business Control checks, audits related to administration.
•   Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas.     Full
•   Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences and Samwad
•   Liasioning and coordinating with various departments with the corporate office and branch.
•   Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.
•   Provide recommendations to the Head - Shared Services on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures.
•   Canteen management.
•   Complete other duties as assigned.
•   Provide back up to Travel desk resource & telecom help desk resource.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Education: Graduate (any)
•   Functional Experience :  Should have a minimum 3 years of experience of working in a same role
•   Years of Experience: The incumbent should have about 5 years of experience of working in a similar role
Next Level:   The incumbent could grow up to the role of Head - Administration
