Cave Perfumes, a global essential and body oils company is looking for smart business people as re-sellers nationally.
• Must have the capacity to invest a minimum of GHS550 in products; comes with free online store set up and social media training.
• Those without capital can start as affiliate marketers or apply for sponsorship.
• Sell brand fragrances and related merchandise according to customer service techniques and professional selling skills
• Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors
Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through actual application
• Responsible for achieving personal sales goals
• Use clientele program to maintain customer profile and contact information to increase personal sales
• Attend product training classes and seminars
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND and University degree
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in fragrances.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to read, write, and interpret labels including warnings and ingredient lists on products.
Earning potential is GHS2,400
monthly plus quarterly and annual bonuses upon meeting targets.
