Description Of Job

Duties:

•  To ensure that all mining equipment, installation and plant in use in mining companies are of safe conditions, free from defects, can be operated safely, and does not present unacceptable hazards to the employees, the public and the environment

Qualification Required & Experience

The prospective candidate must:

•  Be a Ghanaian citizen of at least thirty (30) years of age;
•  Possess a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a university, or its equivalent;
•  Have not less than 5 years Professional and Industrial experience;
•  Have experience in the relevant technical areas in Mining Operations;
•  Be thoroughly familiar with the technical area required as well as
1) with Laws, Regulations and Standards applicable in the Mining Sector
2) Mining Operations in Ghana
