Job Summary

•   Works closely with families, individuals and businesses to provide customized recommendations to help them meet their financial goals
•   Consult with clients on investment strategies, products and services that are suitable for their needs
•   Respond to client questions and requests
•   Track and translate investment performance and make recommendations
•   Builds a strong and long-term relationship with clients
•   Establishes a network of referrals
•   Balances referral activities, customer follow-up, prospect building, and administrative tasks.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Candidate must have at least first degree in accounting, finance, economics or any other discipline with experience in the finance sector. A minimum of one year financial sales experience is required.
•   A candidate who has completed the Ghana Stock Exchange Programme may have the advantage.
•   Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
•   Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
•   Accuracy and attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•   Strong written and verbal communication skills
•   Strong analytical skills
•   Good understanding of the financial industry
•   Compliance and/or regulatory experience a plus, not required
