We are a busy legal services and management consultancy firm which provides legal advisory and corporate client services to investors in Ghana, as well as business services to a mix of clients.  We seek a lawyer who will generate, provide and lead the delivery of client services to international clients and serve the local public and private sectors also.

•  The lawyer must first and foremost have interest in and knowledge of the laws of Ghana. Other-country experience would add value to your application.
•  The role will involve insightful consideration of business issues, drafting of opinions, contracts, undertaking business transactions and negotiations and writing convincing proposals and other memoranda.
•  The diversity of the role will involve participating in the delivery of professional services to public and private sector organizations in areas such as strategic planning, law reform, organizational restructuring and capacity building. You will also have business development responsibilities.
•  Part of the lawyer’s role may involve supervision of junior consultants in planning and delivering the firm’s other services.  You must therefore demonstrate broad leadership and teamwork ability.
•  You will undertake research and accurately advise the firm and its clients.
•  You should be willing to and capable of generating new clients and business for the firm.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The right candidate will be a Bar-qualified lawyer with graduate qualifications from a reputable University.
•  Must have at least 4 years working experience in corporate law practice and delivery of investor services, engage easily with clients, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems.
•  The person must be an easy team worker with an acute eye for detail and a quick mind, together with the capacity to work around the clock to deliver results.
•  Candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible.
