Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Manage and monitor data centre environmental conditions, infrastructure integrity, and security to ensure safe and optimal operation of business infrastructure.
•Deploy, support, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, security devices, and communication systems in adherence to Deloitte's standards and SLAs.
•Oversee physical security, access control, and surveillance infrastructure for the office and data centre.
•Monitor and report on IT infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance metrics, conducting research to identify industry trends and make value-driven recommendations.
•Implement and manage security controls, including antimalware infrastructure, vulnerability patching, and incident response, to protect against cyber threats and ensure business continuity.
•Support the administration of information security awareness, training, and education for staff and third parties.
•Assist in the maintenance and support of meeting room and training room communication infrastructure to ensure high service availability and quality user experience.

Qualifications
•Must have graduated from a recognized University in Ghana or overseas with a minimum of second class lower in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline.
•Possession of CCNA, CISA, MS Azure certifications will be an added advantage.
•Minimum of 5 years post NSP directly related work experience in a similar function.
•Superior customer service and support skill.
•Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS /MS Office Applications.
•Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skill.
•Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
•Able to work under pressure with little or no supervision
•Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
