A busy management consultancy and legal services firm requires three serious individuals to join the firm and assist in developing proposals, negotiating project contracts, and providing organizational restructuring, HR and capacity building services to clients in Ghana and elsewhere.

Qualification Required & Experience

You must have

A good first degree from a reputable University.  Postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Economics, HR, Law, IT, Business or Policy Development, or in a complex management discipline, will provide an edge.

•  This is not an entry-level position and you must have at least 2 years credible local and/or international working experience either in: a) a business-related field, b) as part of a definable project, c) within a public sector setting or d) with a consultancy firm.
•  You will have a good understanding of consultancy practice and must have the ability to undertake research, think analytically and conceptualize the solutions to a mix of business problems.  (Candidates who have obtained the Stellar Graduate certificate from the Ghana Institute of Consulting will have an edge).
•  You must be capable of writing good analytical reports.
•  Candidates must be eager, focused and available and willing to work around the clock.
•  The selected candidate must be available to begin work as soon as possible.  Therefore we will be interested in meeting qualified persons that are currently locally-resident.
