Job Vacancy For Kitchen Staff At Golden Tulip Kumasi City



Golden Tulip Kumasi City, an international 4-star hotel is looking for:

Kitchen Staff as follows:

•  Sous Chef to second the Executive Chef in running the operations of the kitchen including supervision of Kitchen staff
•  Chef De Partie to supervise various sections of the kitchen including Hot Kitchen and Veg preparation
•  Breakfast Chef to handle breakfast buffet and a la carte orders during breakfast
•  Commis to work with Chef De Partie to cook
•  Assistant Butcher to assist the Butcher to do mise en place for fish and meat
•  Stewards to assist with the cleanliness of food preparation areas

Qualification Required & Experience

Key Requirements
All candidates must be capable of:

•  Reading, writing and speaking English
•  Following laid down Standard Operating Procedures
•  Understanding and adhering to Hygiene practices

Qualification/Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in 3/4 Star Hotel in a similar position
