A leading and advancing Multinational civil engineering & construction company is seeking to engage the services of professionals with the requisite profiles to full its vacancy to undertake roles its new project site: Land Surveyor (Code: LS-00027)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys on various properties
• Reading and interpreting drawings and topgraphic maps
• Measuring distances and angles of the land surface
• Using the required land surveying equipment
• Reading the maps and making notes as per the requirements
• Reporting the legal land description for surveys
• Calculating the measurements of the land site
• Verifying the calculations and analyzing the data
• Researching the legal boundaries of the site
• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys
• Verifying data and calculations & recording results of surveys

Skills Set

• Great analytical and mathematical skills
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Should have extensive experience in performing complex measurements
• The ability to analyze data and record results accurately
• Problem-solving
• Negotiation and presentation

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have a good degree in land surveying from a recognised university
• With a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
