Description Of Job

You will work in a busy legal services and management consultancy firm whose role would be to deliver legal advisory and corporate client services to investors in Ghana.

•  The diversity of the role will involve participating in the delivery of professional services to public and private sector organizations in areas such as strategic planning, law reform, organizational restructuring and capacity building. You will also have business development responsibilities.
•  Part of your role will involve supervision of junior consultants in planning and delivering these and other services and must therefore demonstrate strong leadership ability.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The right candidate will be a Bar-qualified lawyer with graduate qualifications from a reputable University.
•  Must have at least 4 years working experience in corporate law practice, engage easily with clients, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems.
•  The person must be a team worker with an acute eye for detail and a quick mind, together with the capacity to work around the clock to deliver results.
