WHI runs similar operations in India, Nigeria, Liberia and Bangladesh.

•   Level:    L7/L6
•   Reports to: Head - Capital Business Unit
•   Function: Capital Sales
•   Location: Accra

Function description
The Incumbent  is responsible for planning and executing the Capital Sales budget through the sales team of WHG

Contacts of the function

External to WHG:      
Customers (Institutional, State, Sponsors and Philanthropists)

Roles and Responsibility

# Tasks

•   Identify the potential customers for capital sales across the private and public sectors.
•   Segment the market into logical groups and estimate size of each.
•   Determine the product specifications by customer segment / group
•   Execute plan to achieve the sales budget.
•   Obtain AMC (annual maintenance contract) from capital sales customers
•   Maintain relationship with key accounts

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Education: Graduate (any stream) / Post Graduate (preferably MBA)
•   Functional Experience:  Must have handled a retail sales role in B2B and Corporate /Government sales
•   Superspeciality : Account Management / Relationship Building
•   Other: NA
•   Years of Experience: The incumbent should have over 8-10 years in B2B and Corporate/Government sales
