Job Vacancy For Learning & Development Officer



Our client, is West Africa’s leading engineering and automation firm. The company now requires the services of Learning & Development Officer.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify training and development needs within the organisation
• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Conduct induction and onboarding programmes
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending relevant programmes and seminars
• Ensure that ISO 9001 and ISO 45001competence and training requirements are met
• Work closely with HODs to develop employee personal development plans and ensuring implementation, tracking and reporting of same
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Graduate Trainee Programme to ensure the objectives of the programme are met

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of Training and Development
