Prudential College, a subsidiary of Prudential Solutions, hereby announces the vacancies for the position of Lecturer and Senior Lecturers to be filled before 30th January, 2019.

Prudential College is the approved centre for Association of Business Managers and Administrators (ABMA), UK, and Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), UKand located on the Community 18 Junction, Spintex Road Accra.

Lecturers are expected to perform the following functions:

• Teaching and research
• Supervision of student project works, dissertations and theses
• Academic counselling and leadership

Qualification Required, Experience and Area of Expertise

• Must possess a minimum of a Professional qualification or a bachelor’s degree (a masters degree is preferred) in the following disciplines:

AVIATION MANAGEMENT
TOURISM MANAGEMENT
HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
JOURNALISM AND MEDIA STUDIES
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
COMPUTING AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS

• Must have appreciable experience in tertiary education teaching and research.
• Possession of relevant industry experience would be added advantage.
