Job Purpose

• To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the functions of the institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to client of the organisation
• Provide legal representation court for clients of the organisation
• Collects data for the formulation of policies
• Implements programmes and activities
• Collect data for the development of guidelines, standards, processes and procedures for legal assistance for the realisation of right to personal liberty, equality before the law and fair trial
• Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited tertiary institution
• Must have been called to the Ghana Bar
• Must have completed National Service
• Must pass a selection interview
