Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and monitoring activities involved in the preparation of bills of quantities and estimates for contracts.

•  Analyses projects and advises on pricing and projects costing procedures
•  Undertakes technical planning duties

Two years contract with the opportunity of a permanent contract

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

A minimum of a B.Sc (Building Technology) from a recognised institution with at least three (3) years post qualification working experience in the senior officer grade in the building construction industry. A master's degree is an advantage. Must be a member of a GHIS

Special Knowledge & Qualities:

•  Must have knowledge of Ghana's housing industry, land economics and financial aspects of housing and estate development
•  A working knowledge of computer programmes, e.g. project planning/analysis software is desirable
