Job Summary:
Responsible for planning and monitoring activities involved in the preparation of bills of quantities and estimates for contracts.

•  Analyses projects and advises on pricing and projects costing procedures.
•  Undertake technical planning duties.

Two year contract with the opportunity of a permanent contract.

Qualification Required & Experience

Job Specification:
Educational Qualifications:

•  A minimum of a BSc (Building Technology) from a recognised institution with at least three (3) years post qualification working experience in the senior officer grade in the building construction industry.
•  A master's degree is an advantage.
•  Must be a member of a GHIS.

Special Knowledge & Qualities:

•  Must have basic knowledge of Ghana's housing industry, land economics and financial aspects of housing and estate development.
•  A working knowledge of computer programmes, e.g. project planning/analysis software is desirable.
