The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for driving distribution operational excellence, performance improvement, and logistics initiatives and projects. Serving as the principal deputy to the Head of Logistics, the role provides operational leadership, ensures business continuity, and strengthens the organization's logistics leadership pipeline.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Logistics - GH & Francos.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional supply-chain certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transport or supply-chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG, food, beverages or another high-volume distribution environment is strongly preferred.
• Operational leadership and execution discipline
• Project and change-management capability
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational judgement
• Analytical problem-solving and data-based decision-making
