Duties and responsibilities:

•   Liaising with company drivers
•   Receiving and managing company trucks
•   Preparing various transport reports
•   Communicating with contractors (transporters and agencies)
•   Managing issues with drivers during loading of goods from company premises to port
•   Managing delivery and container interchange issues
•   Following up on planned daily deliveries
•   Ensuring that budget planned deliveries are met
•   Dealing with invoices/receipts
•   Managing all company vehicles
•   Any other duties

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Good in Microsoft office suit (excel, word, power point ect.)
•   Good communication and inter-personal skills
•   Efficiency in supervision
•   Minimum qualification – degree in logistics
•   Two years and above working experience in logistics
•   Should be 30 years and above
