Adehyeman Savings and Loans LTD, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of an expansion drive to deepen financial inclusion and improve the livelihoods of its customers for a better future below are the position required: Machine Learning Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of predictive models to support digital lending, customer segmentation, project management and detection of potential fraud
• Oversee the cleaning and processing of financial data to ensure quality inputs for machine learning algorithms
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of deployed models
• Establish machine-learning solutions in existing business systems and workflows

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, statistics or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning or data science roles with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in a financial institution will be an advantage
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
