Job Description

• To coordinate and supervise a team of plant operators responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all field production facilities.
• The production superintendent will support and coordinate production and maintenance operations across different fields, defining assets exploitation plan according to business requirement.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance plan accuracy, feasibility and compliance with short/medium term production targets

Key Activities

• To ensure maximum efficiency and availability of all production equipment
• To ensure safety operations and environment care
• To monitor and to control production parameters in relation to all the processes of oil and gas production
• To coordinate the daily activities of production operators
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports
• To supervise chemicals stocks and injections and relevant results
• To provide operator input/feedback into maintenance programmes and production planning activities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• 5 years of production experience
• Knowledge in Basic Oil and Gas Operations
• Must have attended and completed some production advanced courses
• Knowledge in production operations in plant management, plant production optimisation, maintenance management, predictive maintenance, operations/maintenance advising.
• Knowledge in Commissioning-Start up, Gas Plant Start-Up, Oil & Condensate Plant Start-up, decommissioning, etc.
