• Manage the optimization of portfolios across segments and products ensuring financial objectives are met and data integrity is sustained as well as drive data analytics and financial management support to relevant commercial units in line with the Enterprise Business Unit’s strategy and objectives.

Job Role

• Manage existing and new product/ segment portfolios to ensure optimal financial and non-financial performance KPIs are derived in collaboration with the Enterprise segment and product development manager.
• Ensure product lifecycle management adherence
• Explore and introduce initiatives to drive incremental revenue on existing product lines in collaboration with the Enterprise segment and product development manager.
• Initiate analytics and research to understand reasons for growth, decline, churn and dormancy across all segments and product lines
• Design NPS strategies including customer retention, loyalty and acquisition strategies
• Lead and execute impact assessment on the respective initiatives stated above
• Assist with tracking commercial performance (Churn, revenue, segment performance, subscriber growth, revenue, ARPU, usage, customer insights etc) reporting per product and per segment
• Assist with input for financial modelling, business cases and pricing support per product and segment
• Drive Research and analytics within the division
• Ensure proper portfolio management and product lifecycle managements guidelines are adhered to and implemented

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/ Statistics or an equivalent Business qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT in the Telecom Industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Finance and Data modelling is an advantage

Training

• Project Management

• BI / Daas
• CIM certification
