Job Summary

• To provide legal advice for the company to support the operations of the company in compliance with the relevant laws of Ghana

Job Responsibilities

• Provide input in the formulation of policies of the company
• Provide legal advice on matters relating to the operations of the company
• Represent the company in matters that may be brought before the court of law
• Represent the company before external agencies and departments
• Draft legal documents for the company
• Prepare legal documents for filing at the various courts as directed

Qualification Required & Experience

• LLB or BA plus BL (Barrister at law)
• 6 years of relevant professional experience
