Job Overview

• You will be responsible for overall smooth, productive and profitable management of the company including Business Development, Marketing, Administration, Financial and Corporate Matters.
• You will need to possess strong leadership and management skills since it is the Managing Director's responsibility to steer the company through industry challenges to success

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree in Construction, Engineering, Land Economy, Marketing. A Master's Degree in marketing or Business Administration will be an advantage
• A minimum of 10 years or more relevant working experience with 3 years at senior management level
• Must be computer literate and a proven track record of self motivated performance
