Vokacom Ltd is hiring for one of its subsidiary companies. The mandate of this subsidiary is primarily to expand rapidly, its software sales and adoption across the African continent.

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

• Aggresively promote products and services for the company and provide leadership to deliver excellent service provision that meets customer satisfaction.

Deliverables

Develop, Manage and Review

• Lead the Business
• Provide market visibility and grow customer base of the company across Africa
• Work effectively with management to ensure delivery of service against agreed priorities and schedule
• Lead the organisation in research for new products, product enhancements and product in development
• Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities
• Liaise with Hr to establish clear organisational structures and succession plans aligned with appropriate responsibilities, accountabilities and personal development for all staff
• Direct the business development activities of the organisation, including driving all new sales business for the company

Partnerships and Networks for Delivery of Strategy

• Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships that yield valuable results for company growth

Communications & Reports

• Develop an annual report that provides clear direction on strategy delivery and performance.
• Provide quarterly reporting to the board of Directors on the company's financial performance

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Bachelor's Or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Development or a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in a managerial role with rich Business Development experience
• Fluency in French or Spanish is an added advantage
