A reputable construction company is seeking to recruit a Managing Directors Personal Assistant.

Job Summary

• Free the Managing Director's time from operational and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing Director, ensures smooth management of his day-to-day affairs. Handles sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Takes initiative as appropriate, especially in the Managing Director's adsence

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree, in Business Communication or Administration or any relevant subject
• Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level
• Demonstrated leadership skills and competency

Related Experience

• A good understanding of construction environments
• Previous experience working in a team environment
• Strong customer service experience
• Leadership and Team building
• Strategic thinking and problem solving
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to manage upwards
