• Analysing published data and statistics
• Evaluating past performance of a product or service's sales
• Assessing future trends
• Commissioning surveys
• Co-ordinating research projects
• Researching and reporting on external opportunities
• Understanding current and potential customers
• Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
Developing the marketing strategy and plan Qualification Required & Experience • Master’s Degree in Marketing, or CIM chartered and or other relevant professional area.
• 5 years relevant working experience with at least two in Managerial position.
Knowledge and Skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all categories of employees.
• Effective research and interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
