A highly reputable Engineering & Automation Firm requires the services of a Marketing Manager to Serve on its’ Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define short term and long-term strategic marketing goals - jointly with CEO & GM – Sales
• Identify business opportunities in the market and jointly strategize with GM - Sales to execute specific actions.
• Help internal salesmen and distributors with marketing material, training, tools and all selling aids to enhance their work.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Lead and drive vendor’s marketing activities, strategies and targets within Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years as Marketing Manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
