The ARB Apex Bank Limited is a Public Limited Liability Company Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and owned by the Rural and Community Banks (RGBs) in Ghana. It is licensed by the Bank of Ghana to carry out banking business and other approved related activities.

Job Purpose:

The marketing manager will manage the day-to-day marketing activities and the long - term marketing strategy of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Develop the marketing strategy in line with policies and objectives
•   Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
•   Manage all marketing activities.
•   Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
•   Responsible for overall brand management and corporate identity.
•   Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication.
•   Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
•   Plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities.
•   Manage the website of the Bank.

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant must possess the following:

•   Applicants must possess a degree in Marketing from a recognised university, with a minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience in a similar position or a professional qualification in Marketing with five (5) years post-qualification experience in a similar position in a financial institution.
•   A relevant second degree will be an advantage
•   Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
•   Strong analytical and project management skills.
•   Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•   Persuasive and diplomatic with a good business awareness.
•   Proactive and able to motivate and inspire a team.
•   Proficiency in the use of MS office applications.
