A reputable financial institution in the Volta Region invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of:- Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

•   Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm, Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth, work on customer service for all staff and make the product/services attractive to targeted clients/market segment
•   Assist the Branch Managers to promote and raise the awareness/popularity of products and services
•   Assist the Branch Managers to develop and implement business strategies to grow the business and achieve performance targets
•   Promote and raise the awareness/popularity of product and services, generate good leads for products and services
•   Identify new business opportunities and threats through market research and provide appropriate recommendations
•   Attend to clients queries and provide appropriate solution
•   Promote the brand image of the business
•   Develop strategies and deliver excellent relationship management for total client satisfaction and retention and
•   Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum qualification of a degree in marketing from a recognised university or CIM level III or relevant equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution
•   At least three(3) years full-time working experience
•   Must be computer literate
•   Experience in the financial services industry would be an added advantage
