Job Summary
• We are seeking a dynamic BM Marketing Specialist to join our Building Materials team. This role is key to driving showroom performance, managing marketing activities, and ensuring our brands (Twyford, Micasso, Frencia) achieve maximum market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee showroom construction from initial engagement through contract signing, design application, and supervision until final acceptance.
• Follow up on rebate deductions related to showroom constructions.
• Coordinate and monitor regional advertising work including banners, billboards, and other media ensuring all
projects are completed on time.
• Conduct regular market visits to check the progress of showroom construction and advertisement execution.
• Perform market material price research and maintain updated records.
• Provide strong on-ground support to push sales performance and maintain excellent showroom image awareness.
• Conduct monthly business trips to visit market sites, inspect building stores, and supervise projects.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for market and site visits.
