Reports to Sales and Marketing Manager

Scope:
To strategically increase the awareness and use of the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products in specific territories.

Responsibilities:

•  Detailing and selling of products to achieve sales targets
•  Sales Tracking
•  Customer relationship management
•  Presentation to academics and health professionals
•  Key opinion leader identification and management
•  Undertaking CMEs organization and discussions
•  Development and management of individual customers

Qualification Required & Experience

•  University qualifications in Pharmacy or related Science discipline are essential.
•  At least 2 year experience in pharmaceutical detailing
•  Competencies
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Ability to work and deliver results independently and as part of a team
•  Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
•  Good organization and analytical skills
•  Ability to develop productive working relationships
•  Good interpersonal skills and self motivated with a demonstrated of initiative
•  Computer literacy in MS Office.

Location: Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale
