Qualification Required & Experience

•   Major Requirement. MBChB, MD, BDS or equivalent. The following qualification will be an added advantage
•   Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Management. Evidence of Leadership and Continuing Professional Development and Training in Health Management.
•   Desirable: Christian, Baptist

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential:

•   A minimum of 2 years satisfactory service. Project and budget management A broad knowledge base and experience of CHAG/GHS policies and operating procedures. Knowledge and experience of quality assurance.
•   Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment Supervisory/team leader experience Wide range of experience in all aspects of hospital services Clinical experience
•   Desirable:Experience of multi-agency networking.

Skills & Abilities:

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Planning, organisation and supervisory skills Ability to work, lead and manage a multi -disciplinary team Ability to organise and manage workload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
•   Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative. Computer skills.
•   Excellent problem-solving skills
